Enquiry and Discovery Call
The first step is getting in contact. Enquire today and I'll book in a free 30 minute call with you to discuss your wedding day and how I can tailor my wedding MC packages to you.
Admin and Finances
Once the booking is confirmed with a booking form, contract, and £50 deposit (I know right, is that all?), I'll send over wedding party details and a running sheet. The running sheet is a 15 page document that details every specific aspect of your wedding, from timings, food, who is responsible for everything, a list of all your suppliers, and so much more. These are due back 6 weeks before your wedding day.
The Planning Session
4 to 6 weeks before your wedding day, we will meet up and go through everything, and I really mean everything. This is where we tailor everything to you and what you want. We organise magical entertainment, announcements, music, timings, suppliers, and all the personal touches that bring your wedding from great to perfect.
My Turn!
After the planning session, I will be in contact with your venue and the relevant suppliers to ensure we are all on the same page and can work together to make your day special and memorable.
The Lead Up...
Once we are all set, the lead up can be quite stressful. Here I am available whenever you need to make last minute changes, confirm aspects of the day, or just need some helpful advice on the little things.
The Big Day!
It's your Wedding Day! I'll arrive nice and early to greet you and your guests and ensure your day runs perfectly with everyone having the most amazing time.
